I am going to attend an event called Power of One & Run for their lives on March 1 2013 Friday that will held at the BGC Park, Track 30th, 30th Street corner 7th street.
Its a fun run activity for GroupM employees. They said every year the company spent a day where all employees spent time to participate with the said event.
The company purpose was to raise funds for the chosen charities and this year on March 1, 2013 the company chose to donate all collected money from the said event to the following foundations which are:
Virlanie Foundation,
it is a non-government organization (NGO). It helped the children who need a special protection like abandoned, abused, exploited, neglected, and orphaned. The foundations help these children to recover and start a new beginning.
Child Hous,
it is a foundation that provide a temporary shelter for a child who have cancer and diseases. Especially for indigent patients from the different provinces who have cancer or other dreaded diseases and have no place to stay.
I'm excited for tomorrow, I really want to be part of this activity. Spending my day and time with them is a big thing for them. Please try to help children like them. Try to change their future.
